All riders must be 16+. Participants are required to sign a waiver/rental agreement. A credit card deposit of $1000 will be processed per group on arrival.
Walk-ins are welcome! However we do highly recommend booking in advance, or you may miss out! We frequently reach capacity during high season. Reserving your E-Bike will also streamline your pick-up and get you cruising faster. Nothing available online? We have two locations in Tofino. Downtown at 435 Main St and at the Surf Grove Campground on Maltby Road.
West Coast transit bus, Coastal Rides (our version of Uber), Pacific Rim Navigators, Tiki Bus or Tofino Taxi. Tourism Tofino operates a free shuttle in the summer months.

No. Bikes must be ridden from and back to the same pick-up location. They may not be transported with personal vehicles/racks.
Your E-Bike rental comes with the following complimentary equipment:

⦁ Bike Lock
⦁ Bike Bell
⦁ Small cargo bag (fits water bottle/phone/wallet)
*If you will be riding at night, please bring a headlamp. The forested areas are very dark and the path is not lit.
Participants are financially responsible for the E-Bike from the time it is released into your possession until it is returned to our location. This includes any loss or damage to the bike outside of regular wear and tear. The rider must have access to secure indoor storage for overnight rentals.
Your bikes may be reserved by other guests, therefore they must be returned at the end of your rental period. Having a blast and want to extend your time? Give us a call! We will adjust your reservation if available, otherwise a $30/hour penalty may be charged.
No, we rent only Electric Bikes.
Although uncommon, flats do happen. Do not continue to ride your bike if you encounter a flat. If you’re unable to walk the bike back to our location, give us a call.
The computer on your E-Bike will display your battery level. The more assistance you use, the faster you will exhaust your battery bank. You can conserve by using a lower setting, by pedalling more and turning it off when not in use. If your battery dies, your E-Bike will continue to operate as a normal pedal bike. Keep an eye on your computer and plan accordingly.
No. Doing so will result in a $50 fine.
